DELFINGEN, a family company, has opted for governance tools that ensure continuity of the shareholder base, the sharing of decision-making in the best interest of the company, its shareholders and coworkers and the steering of the company with efficiency and performance.
The Streit family, founder of DELFINGEN Group, is the reference shareholder and owns, directly or indirectly, two-thirds of the voting rights. Bernard Streit is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Gérald Streit, Chief Executive Officer, ensures the conduct of the business.
The Board of Directors establishes the strategic guidelines for the Group and ensures that they are implemented by the Steering Committee. As soon as the company was listed on the stock exchange, the Streit family decided to open the Board to independent members.
The diversity of their backgrounds and experience contributes to enriching the Board’s discussions and exchanges.
The Board is made up of 3 representatives of the Streit family and 6 other Directors, 5 of whom are considered independent as defined by the Corporate Governance Code of the AMF (French financial markets authority)
The Executive Committee comprises both operational and functional management. It steers the strategic projects in line with the guidelines set by the Board of Directors. It defines the financial and operational objectives, prioritizes and allocates the necessary resources.
The Executive Committee also ensures the organization is in line with the evolution of the environment.
