Decent Work Charter

The principles set out in the "Decent Work Charter" are based on those of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

1.  Strive to maintain the same level of safety in all our sites.
2.  Strive to maintain the same level of environmental protection in all our sites.
3.  Strive to make work efforts by job function. No more strenuous in one place than anywhere else in the Group.

4.  Offer to our co-workers vaccines against 5 diseases (diphtheria, tetanus, polio,...) the company will take care of what is not covered by the local social insurance.
5.  No employment of children under 16 within the Group, with our subcontractors and suppliers.
6.  Equivalent salary for  equivalent work per  site without  discrimination.
7.  Enforce behaviors that respect human dignity.
8.  Sexual harassment: zero tolerance.
9.  Strive to provide information of the company when applicable in the local language.
10.  Make every effort to provide a decent salary to our co-workers.
11.  Make co-workers aware of traditionscultures and  religions of each country  and enforce  respect of our differences.
12.  Support the personal growth and development of our co-workers to become more autonomous on daily basis.
13.  Value experiences equivalent to higher education when promoting or hiring.
14.  Support the literacy development of our co-workers.
